Choose the yacht and the time aboard
Before booking
Check the cancellation schedule and deposit provisions in the operator’s agreement, together with date-change rules and third-party costs. A booked berth, catering or event service can have its own conditions beyond the yacht charter.
When plans change
Contact the operator as soon as the planned day changes, with the booking reference and the details requested. The response depends on availability and the agreement. Wait for an updated confirmation for a changed date or larger party.
Operational decisions
The captain assesses the course and requested activities for the day. Check the contractual process for changing the programme, postponing departure or cancelling because of conditions. A revised itinerary and a charter that does not operate need separate explanations.
