Ask what the width means in use
It is not, by itself, evidence that the whole party can dine together or move without encountering steps. Ask for the actual table arrangement and the route between the aft deck, interior and upper level.
Some guests may want to remain in the shade while others swim or look at the coast. Discuss how those activities fit around one another without obstructing the crew. A comfortable party layout depends on furniture and service as well as dimensions, so current photographs should accompany the proposed yacht.
Choose islands or the Estérel with the meal in mind
From the La Napoule area, decide which direction leaves enough time for the part of the day that matters. An island lunch and a red-coast cruise are distinct starting points. The captain can explain the passage and suitable stop without turning the programme into a list of every nearby place.
The M48 is motor-driven, not a sailing catamaran. It should be compared for its living spaces and motor-yacht programme. If the group wants to spend time under canvas, discuss the Oceanis monohull instead of assuming that all two-hull yachts offer the same sailing experience.
Confirm the berth and the water access
A wider vessel makes the actual boarding arrangement especially relevant. Give a preferred port, whether La Napoule or La Rague, and let the supplier establish the berth suitable for the yacht offered. Confirm guest directions and delivery access before arranging a caterer or other supplier.
If swimming is part of the day, examine the stern, platform and ladder with the crew. Ask about supervision and the permitted activity location. Twin hulls do not guarantee a motion-free experience, and a broad platform is not confirmation of easy access for a guest who needs assistance.
Turn a sociable layout into a clear offer
For a meal-led charter, ask who prepares and serves the food and which refreshments are included. Explain allergies and any special occasion. Manufacturer images cannot identify those services, and an equipment list should distinguish what is aboard from additions that need separate booking.
Request an M48 or a comparable power catamaran, naming the features to preserve. Check the vessel identity, licensed guest allowance, crew and fuel basis, plus the terms for a changed route. The model is a planning reference for Mandelieu; it is not an available-fleet claim or a pre-priced lunch package.
