Choose usable space
A flybridge creates a second outdoor level on a motor yacht. Around La Napoule, it can offer a pleasant view during a coastal passage toward the Estérel or islands. The practical questions are simple: how much seating is shaded, how guests reach it and where the whole party can eat together.
If someone prefers fewer steps, the main deck should still work well for them. Ask for the actual yacht's layout rather than inferring access from an exterior photograph. A large upper area does not establish the permitted cruising guest count.
Fit the layout to your outing
For a relaxed family day, keep food, shade and the toilet reasonably easy to reach. For a small celebration, consider where decorations or a cake can be placed without blocking movement. The skipper will advise which areas guests can use while the yacht is manoeuvring.
The proposal should confirm the vessel, equipment and guest limit. A sound system, refrigerator or specific canopy is not guaranteed by the flybridge category. Use the style guide to explain what you like, then judge the actual yacht presented for your date.
Charter questions
What should we check for a family lunch aboard?
Look at where the group will sit, the shade at that table and the steps between living areas. Ask for the actual configuration and authorised guest number; sleeping berths alone do not describe the meal arrangement.
